I have been practicing meditation for 30 years. Guided meditation was my first foray into meditation as a child and I later studied Mindful Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) with Dr. Diane Handlin under the direction of the Center for Mindfulness at UMass Medical School.
In addition to the group meditation class at Middle Valley Community Center I currently offer individual and group meditation workshops in person and over ZOOM.
